“China once again demonstrates their relentless objective to steal our intellectual property – something that Secretary Pompeo warned us about in February. China's ‘Thousand Talents Plan’ to recruit scientists and professors in America is their plan to steal our know-how in exchange for enormous paydays. I commend the hardworking men and women at the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for making this arrest.” |
