REP. HILL STATEMENT ON PRESIDENT ZELENSKY’S ADDRESS TO CONGRESS WASHINGTON, D.C. – Rep. French Hill (AR-02) issued the following statement after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s Congressional Address: “President Zelensky’s message this morning was heard loud and clear by the Members of Congress present in the Capitol. To President Zelensky and the Ukrainians bravely defending their homeland, we see you and we hear you. I reiterate my support for the sovereign nation of Ukraine and her people and urge President Biden and the administration to expedite distribution of necessary resources, including weapons, to Ukraine. Continued aid to the Ukrainian people must be swift, and Russia must be held accountable for its brutal and illegal invasion.” |
