Arkansas congressman to reintroduce legislation to ease trade restrictions with Cuba

A congressman from northeast Arkansas will reintroduce legislation to ease trade restrictions with Cuba, and says he's hopeful that barriers to agricultural sales will be addressed early in 2017.
