    A bill that would foster the publishing of research on exchange traded funds (ETFs) was reintroduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Reps. French Hill (R-AR) and Bill Foster (D-IL).     The Securities and Exchange Commission would be directed to provide a safe harbor for broker-dealers to publish research on exchange traded funds (ETFs) under legislation reintroduced by U.S. Rep.   • Hill again pushing for convict program

    U.S. Rep. French Hill last week reintroduced legislation that would help historically black colleges and universities to assist inmates as they near the end of their terms.
