Getting You Answers about Your Economic Impact Payments

In March, I voted for the CARES Act so that financial assistance could to get to you and your family quickly. This included the important $1,200 Economic Impact Payment.

When I learned that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) had been dragging their feet on getting these payments out, I led the Arkansas Congressman and Senators in this letter to the IRS Commissioner demanding action on behalf of Arkansans.

Are you still waiting on your 2019 tax return? If so, I can help.

Over the past few months, I have helped dozens of Arkansans receive their refunds –totaling over $200,000.

Social Security and Social Security Disability Insurance
Are you having problems with your Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)? I can help.

Recently, I was able to help a single mother get her tax return and secure a monthly payment of $1,500 that she needed due to a medical condition preventing her from working in her professional health care career. Thanks to this stipend, she and her children are in a better position beginning this school year.

Initiatives to Assist Our Heroes

Arkansas veterans and their families have honorably served their nation and their state, and it’s my honor to assist them.

I have on staff three combat veterans whose sole job it is to help veterans.

Last month, my team completed 40 cases for veterans, helping them get the backpay and other benefits they were owed, and ensuring that their needs are being met.
