As of today, nearly 800,000 Arkansans have received their COVID-19 vaccination according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Vaccine development and distribution is helping to bring the pandemic to a close thanks to Operation Warp Speed. Arkansas Department of Health is holding weekly mass COVID-19 vaccination clinics at one location in each of the Arkansas Department of Health's five public health regions across the state. Vaccines will initially be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The state's COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline is now up and running: 1-800-985-6030. It is being staffed by 20-30 personnel from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Doses will be available to Arkansans who are currently eligible to receive a vaccine. Vaccines are free of charge. Please bring your insurance cards if you have one, but vaccines will still be free to those without health insurance.
