| Dear Friend,
As we gather for Thanksgiving and recall the challenges we have faced this year in Arkansas and across the nation, let us remember all that we have to be thankful for.
From challenges at home, at work, and in our health care system, I am proud of the resilience and determination Arkansans have shown in the face of this health crisis.
I am incredibly grateful for all of our emergency responders, health care workers, senior caregivers, and health officials who have worked tirelessly to find treatments and cures we need to beat COVID-19. I also extend my thanks to our local and small businesses, many of which kept their doors open and provided crucial employment for members of our community. Finally, I express my appreciation for all of our public servants and their selfless commitment to providing the essential services needed to keep our state up and running.
I also am grateful for you, my fellow Arkansans, who have entrusted me with the honor and responsibility of representing you in the "People’s House" for another two years.
I will continue to work with my colleagues to provide assistance to Arkansas, including to our small businesses and families, and to ensure that vaccines to protect us against COVID-19 get to those who need them the most. Though the battle against the virus is not over, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and we will emerge stronger than ever.
On behalf of our family, we want to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving, and may God bless our great and beloved country.
