Dear Friends,

Despite this year’s obstacles, I remain optimistic about the future of Arkansas, and the future of our country. I am thankful for my family, for my faith, for my community, and for the opportunity to serve as your representative.

Every day, I hear from parents and teachers balancing care and safety for their children, restaurant owners doing everything they can to stay in business, and families with loved ones in senior living facilities struggling to remain connected. I am listening, and I am committed to delivering solutions.

Throughout this crisis, I have redoubled my efforts on the national stage and in our communities to assist those in need. I personally advocated for the inclusion of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) in the CARES Act, which provided $3.28 billion in relief for Arkansas’s small businesses, allowing over 40,000 small businesses to keep tens of thousands of Arkansas's workers on the payroll during the pandemic.

In addition, since March, my office has helped return nearly $400,000 total to central Arkansans from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). We are currently assisting over 200 people to receive their $1,200 Economic Impact Payment (EIP). My veterans team has helped our state’s heroes recover over $3 million in benefits they earned by serving our country this year.

I am working towards common-sense solutions to the ongoing health and economic crisis impacting families across the state and nation. That is why I joined with Republican members to make our Commitment to America. It is a plan to restore our way of life, rebuild the greatest economy our nation has ever seen, and renew the American Dream for every American.

Our Commitment to America will not only reunite our country, but it will benefit our nation for generations to come.

Our pride and resilience as Americans remain steadfast, and now is the time to put out our flags and display that pride openly. I pray for the health and safety of Arkansas and America. We will make it through this together and come out stronger.

This is my Commitment to America. This is my commitment to you.

Sincerely,
Representative French Hill
