    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - An Arkansan who fought in the Vietnam war had the surprise of a lifetime on Thursday. Robert Sangalli, who served in the 101st Airborne Division as a radio operator, was given 7 medals which he earned during his service in the Army.     LITTLE ROCK, Ark - A shadowbox full of medals and an Arkansas Veteran are in the same place for the first time since the Vietnam War.
